2018 POST OAK COMMUNITY LANDSCAPING BEAUTIFICATION PROJECT

Post Oak Community is taking on a Landscaping Beautification project this year, seeking to greatly improve the landscaping needs of our community which includes but not limited to the 5 entrances and 900 feet of roadway along Post Oak Tritt Road.  We have set a goal this year to get 100% financial participation from every homeowner. Without the presence of a Homeowner’s Association, Post Oak Community operates as a volunteer organization consisting of your neighbors that want to insure our community maintains an appearance we can all be proud of.

Landscaping Beautification Includes:

Pine straw and mulch $2,000

Tear out and replace flowering shrubs and other perennials $1,000

Weekly mowing, blowing and edging $5,400

Weed control $250

Signage/Lighting Maintenance $1000

Keeping our lights on $1,700
