Thank you to all the families that supported Post Oak Community financially last year. On behalf of Post Oak Community, Post Oak Recreation Association continues to manage the five shared entrances for Post Oak Square and Post Oak Springs as well as road frontage along Post Oak Tritt Road. Post Oak Community operates as a volunteer homeowner’s committee, separate from the recreation association, whose primary purpose is to provide needed infrastructure to support our residential community.

Your financial support provides for the basic needs of maintaining the entrances to our neighborhood. We truly need your financial support to preserve and keep our community beautiful; we cannot maintain the entrances without it.

Below is an overview of the annual costs to maintain the entrance ways:

Electricity $1,500
Landscaping Maintenance $3,600
Pine Straw and Mulch $2,000
Signage/Lighting Maintenance $500
