You may not know it, but your Homeowner’s Association works for you. Even though our covenants have expired we are working to keep up our neighborhood and make it a great place to live.  Here’s an example:

This past December, POHA was contacted by a homeowner in Post Oak Springs regarding street signage on her street that had become unreadable over time due to circumstances beyond anyone’s control. POHA called the DOT which offered to do a review of our neighborhood and update any traffic signs that may require replacement in both Post Oak Springs and Square, especially from a safety standpoint. Signage upgrades were made throughout the neighborhood using the newer, more reflective signage materials and this is especially obvious at the major entrances along Post Oak Tritt Road.
